This beauty came from Wade Krause, all the way from Fresno, CA. An amazing man, single handedly rescreening playfields and back glasses. He has also helped NBAM immensely contributing his skills towards the Visible Pinball project. Thanks Wade! I’ve always loved the jaggy art on this one, a true Christian Marche triumph. Wade had several pins set up and this one happened to be for sale, 500 bucks.. What could I say? It has a perfect back glass. It’s missing the cabinet art but is in nice shape, re-rubbered and plays good. This machine must’ve been fun for Mssr. Marche, with the artist theme and homage to Jackson Pollack and Alexander Calder. It has great colors and is a fine use of the “pointy” style.

The game itself is difficult and has some interesting features; zipper flippers and an upper playfield Bagatelle that will score 10’s or 100’s depending on which color mushroom bumper you hit last, Black or Red. You can also up the kickout hole value and collect that. The bonus can only be collected if you exit the lit hole. There’s lots more but the main thing about this pin is its beauty.

Produced by Bally, 1969. 1 players. 7.0 out of 10 on the Play-O-Meter

High Score 666 by TBD on February 12, 2007
